Iwona Piątkowska

Iwona is a doctor of physical culture in the field of biomedical sciences, nutritionist, certified Buteyko breathing technique instructor, physical recreation instructor with specializations in fitness, preventive kinesitherapy exercises for the elderly, and Pilates-based psycho-relaxation exercises. She is also an academic lecturer and translator of English and German — she mainly translates publications in the field of health sciences. Iwona graduated from the University of Warsaw, Academy of Physical Education and Warsaw School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Piotr Jan Panansiuk

A certified mindfulness teacher of MBLC and CBLC; the lead teacher and supervisor in Mindfulness Association Poland who has more than 10 years of experience in mindfulness meditation as part of his own practice. He has been a practitioner and trainer of Empathic Communication (in the process of obtaining NVC certification) for many years; co-creator of “Czuły Wojownik” (Sensitive Fighter) which is a development workshop for men; certified trainer of psychosocial skills; he brings in more than 8 years of trainer experience in open training courses, business organizations and NGOs. A Gestalt psychotherapist (in the process of obtaining his EAGT certification); IFS Level 1 therapist, and ACT therapist (post-graduate program). A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with years of experience as a manager in leading international organizations.

Anna Słomkowska-Ciszewska

She is an experienced dietician and promoter of healthy lifestyle, based in Gdynia. For more than ten years now, she has offered professional consultations to patients with various health issues, and to athletes. Her expertise covers a broad range of aspects relating to healthy eating and well-being. She conducts lectures, writes articles and appears in the media to share her knowledge; she is actively involved in health promotion. She cooperates with businesses and takes part in projects promoting healthy lifestyle; she is also involved in the creation of innovative solutions, such as mobile applications or educational projects.

Ewa Jaczewska

A strengths community coach, change and personal development trainer, and mentor. She supports her clients to help them work with satisfaction, find the meaning, fulfilment and work-life balance. She helps professionals find new professional opportunities, make changes and achieve their goals. She is a certified Gallup strengths community coach and trainer. In addition to years of professional experience in cooperating with NGOs and businesses, she also has experience running her own business activity. Now, she is involved in various initiatives which help adults and young people to define their professional and personal growth potential. She was recognized as one of the TOP 15 Coaches in Warsaw in 2023 according to Influence Digest Media. A member and mentor at “Sieć Przedsiębiorczych Kobiet” (Network of Enterprising Women). Agnieszka Rędzińska

Agnieszka holds a PhD degree in social sciences specializing in psychology; she researches the relationship between making decisions and the quality of life; an economist. She has been engaged in psychoeducation for 10 years while developing her competences during numerous training courses. She cooperated with SWPS University for four years, giving lectures and classes on mental health and positive psychology. As a crisis consultant, certified coach and psychoeducator, she offers training courses on building resilience and psychological flexibility. She designs psychoeducational programs for people who are under strain, stress, people in crisis or people who experience occupational burnout. She teaches them how to get results in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous business space while maintaining life balance and inner peace, and how to regain the freedom to make decisions, trim your to-do list and take care of your energy levels so that you can be really invested in things that really matter.

Magdalena Lewicka

A physiotherapist and medical trainer; it was her passion for health and well-being that prompted her to train Pilates, deep muscles, including deep pelvic floor muscles. She helps people enjoy better health, body consciousness and life. For the past five years, she has been part of the “Zdrowie na Etacie” (Healthy at Work) project team, where she conducts lectures and classes on healthy lifestyles, as well as motivational workshops. She has authored courses with exercises for women during pregnancy and after childbirth. She helps women prepare for childbirth and recover after pregnancy.

Dominika Nawrocka

She is a leading Polish expert on personal finance and financial educator. She is the founder of a nationwide organization on financial education for women called “Kobieta i Pieniądze” (Woman and Money), where thousands of women learn how to manage their money. Dominika graduated from a PhD program in economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is also the author of innovative educational products on personal finance and financial well-being which have been used by tens of thousands of adults in Poland. She is a recognized promoter of financial education in Poland. She is also an author, entrepreneur and investor.
