Packages of preventive health check-ups offered at close to 1,000 diagnostic laboratories across Poland. There is no need to make an appointment – just check the opening hours of your chosen laboratory facility Katalog i Mapa Punktów Pobrań Krwi (diag.pl). Preventive health check-ups are available twice a year, every 6 months. Results are available online Diagnostyka - Twoje wyniki.
Below is a list of available preventive health check-up packages. Each web page provides information on what exactly is included in each package and how to prepare for laboratory tests.

How to use
In the menu bar, select Multi-access. Find the Health category, find Diagnostyka and click Get Started.

3. Accept the required consents.
4. Search for the lab where you will have your preventive check-up.
Go to the helpful list on the Diagnostics website. The "I do e-commerce" window should be included in the filters.
